Short version: this website is an informational page about Adaely Group LLC. It has no accounts, no forms, no cookies, and no analytics or advertising trackers. We do not collect personal information from you here, and we do not sell or share personal information.
This policy describes how Adaely Group LLC (“Adaely Group,” “we,” “us”) handles information in connection with this website, adaelygroup.com.
It does not cover our products. If you use Burr, that app and its website are governed by a separate, more detailed policy at burr.app/privacy, which describes the personal data Burr actually processes. This policy covers only this website.
Directly from you: none. This site has no account system, no contact form, no newsletter signup, and no payment functionality. If you choose to email us, we receive whatever you put in that email; see section 6.
Automatically: standard server and network logs. This site is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare. Like essentially all web infrastructure, Cloudflare processes technical request data in order to serve pages and protect against attacks — typically including your IP address, the page requested, timestamp, user agent, and general location inferred from IP. We do not use this data to build a profile of you, and we do not attempt to identify you from it.
This site sets no cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, no session tracking, and no third-party tracking technology on this site. Because nothing is tracked, there is no cookie banner and nothing to opt out of.

Everything else this page needs — including its typefaces — is served from our own domain. Loading this page sends nothing to any advertising network, analytics provider, data broker, marketing platform, or font service.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising — as those terms are used in the California Consumer Privacy Act. We have never done so.
Our email is handled by Google Workspace. If you write to us, we keep the message and your address for as long as needed to respond and to maintain ordinary business records. We use it to reply to you, not to market to you.
We do not collect sensitive personal information through this site. This site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Adaely Group LLC is based in the United States. Cloudflare, which serves this site, operates globally, so request data may be processed on servers outside your country, including in the United States. If you email us, that correspondence is processed by Google Workspace (see section 6), which also operates globally.
Depending on where you live — for example, under the California Consumer Privacy Act, or the GDPR if you are in the UK, EU, or EEA — you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of personal information about you, and to be free from discrimination for exercising those rights.
We will honor those requests to the extent we hold personal information about you. In practice, for this website, we usually hold none: we have no account records and no tracking data to retrieve or delete. To make a request, or to ask what we hold, email us at the address below. We may need to ask for information to verify your request before acting on it.
We keep no visitor database for this site, so there is nothing here to breach. Cloudflare retains operational logs for its own limited periods under its own policies. Email correspondence is retained as described in section 6.

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above. Because this site collects so little, material changes are unlikely — but if the site ever adds forms, accounts, or analytics, this policy will be updated before that happens.
